This Privacy Policy applies to chadwatersrealty.com, operated by Chad Waters, a licensed Nevada real estate agent (License S.0191486.LLC) affiliated with Keller Williams Realty The Marketplace.
This site is independently operated. Keller Williams Realty, LLC maintains its own separate privacy policy governing its corporate websites and applications, and that policy does not govern this site. If you interact with Keller Williams directly, their policy applies to that interaction.
Information you give us
When you submit a form on this site, we collect your first name, last name, phone number, and email address, along with anything you choose to write in a message.
We also run lead forms on Facebook and Instagram. If you submit one of those, Meta provides us your name, phone number, email address, and your responses to any questions or optional consent boxes on the form. Meta collects that information under its own privacy policy before it reaches us.

- Meta Pixel. We use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure the performance of our advertising and to show ads to people who have visited this site. This sends information about your visit to Meta. - Showcase IDX. Our property search is powered by Showcase IDX. Their software sets its own cookies and runs its own analytics, including Google Analytics and Amplitude, and loads mapping services, push notification services, and listing photos from third parties. - Google Fonts. Used for site typography, which involves a request to Google servers.
- Website operation. Our host and caching software set cookies necessary to run and speed up the site.
Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies. Some parts of the site may not work correctly if you do.
Forms and how they are processed
Our website contact form and our Facebook and Instagram lead forms are all routed through Zapier. Your information passes through Zapier’s systems before reaching us, and is then stored in our customer records, which include Notion and Keller Williams Command. Each of these acts as our service provider and handles that data under its own privacy terms.

- To send property information, market updates, and other communications you requested

Text messages
If you provide your mobile number and consent to receive text messages, we may send you occasional texts as described in our SMS Terms and Conditions. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
Consent may be collected through a form on this website or through our lead forms on Facebook and Instagram. Checking the consent box is always optional and is never required to submit a form or to receive information from us.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell or rent your mobile phone number or your text messaging consent to anyone. Mobile information may be shared only with service providers that help us deliver the messaging service itself, and those providers are prohibited from using it for any other purpose.

Nevada privacy rights
Nevada residents have the right to submit a verified request directing us not to sell their covered personal information. We do not currently sell personal information as that term is defined under Nevada law. To submit a request, email Chad@vegashomepro.com with the subject line “Nevada Privacy Request.”
You may also request that we correct or delete information you have provided, or that we stop contacting you, using the same address.

This site links to other websites, including listing services and social media. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
